Supermarionation is the art of beautifully-sculpted fibreglass puppets and miniature models filmed using traditional movie techniques. Through its world of gentle caricatures, Supermarionation avoids the ‘uncanny valley’ that makes audiences uncomfortable by being too real, and instead presents a charming toys-come-to-life world where miniatures meet classic Hollywood.
